According to a new patent application (via GameSpot), Sony may be working on a yet-unknown game called Destiny of Spirits.
The patent application, filed on March 26, 2013, is identified as “Computer game software; Electronic game software for handheld electronic devices; Video game software” and was filed through Kiphanie Radford and Anthony Justman, two lawyers associated with Sony. The “correspondence information” address is from Sony’s Foster City offices, PlayStation’s American headquarters.
We’ve reached out to Sony for official comment, but in the meantime, all we’re left to do is speculate. What could Destiny of Spirits be? A PS Vita game? Perhaps even a PlayStation 4 game? Hopefully we’ll find out soon.
